Dr. Vaughn Meiners is a Board Certified Family physician and co-founder of Fountain Family Medicine, a comprehensive family medicine facility.  He received his Doctor of Medicine from Louisiana State University Medical Center.  Subsequently he completed a family medicine residency at St. Vincent’s Family Medicine Residency in Jacksonville, FL.  His clinical research interests include diabetes prevention and management, prevention of cardiovascular disease, treatment of depression, treatment of infectious disease, and travel medicine.
