R. Kimberly Meiners,MD is a Board Certified Family physician and co-founder of Fountain Family Medicine, a comprehensive family medicine facility.  She received her Doctor of Medicine from Louisiana State University Medical Center.  Subsequently she completed a family medicine residency at St. Vincent’s Family Medicine Residency in Jacksonville, FL.  Her clinical research interests include diabetes prevention and management, prevention of cardiovascular disease, perimenopausal symptom management, osteoporosis prevention, and weight loss management. She has published for Florida pharmacy today was also an advisory Board member for “H” Magazine in the Florida Times union.
