Rogers Cain,MD, Family Medicine

Dr. Rogers Cain is a Family Medicine physician and founder and President of the Minority Physicians Research Alliance in North Jacksonville, Florida. He graduated Florida A&M University School of Pharmacy and worked as a Clinical Pharmacist while continuing his education at Morehouse School of Medicine, University Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida. Graduating with his MD degree, Dr. Cain then continued on to complete his residency in Family Medicine.  He maintains active membership in Florida State Medical Association, Northeast Florida Medical Society, Hospice of Northeast Florida as Board Member, and Northeast Florida Healthcare Institute as Board Chair.

He is also an Associate Professor at Florida A&M University School of Pharmacy. He has done numerous research projects in Diabetes, Hypertension, MRSA, Herpes Viruses, and Asthma and hopes to continue to educate the nation on the importance of improving healthcare through research.
